Pagan Idol’s Banana Life
This drink is actually @daskounis ‘s favorite cocktail he’s ever had at a tiki bar. Among the dozens of times we’ve visited @paganidolsf this one is always consumed in addition to trying something new. We recently bought the @cocktailwonk “Minamalist Tiki” recipe book and saw this recipe was in there!! Upon further investigation on the inter webs, there were some subs and revisions done to make up for anyone without Fassionola syrup in hand. This recipe is absolutely amazing!!! We toned down the pineapple to let everything else shine a little brighter but can confirm this spec will become a go to so long as we have a stash of white grapefruit at our disposal. Huge banana flavor, nice balance from everything else. It’s one of the best modern tiki drinks we’ve had and cannot recommend it enough.
