Desert Rose

This was the official 30th birthday cocktail of our very own @ariverstory. She requested a floral birthday cake from @mijjicakes, so we prepared a floral cocktail as a pairing!! We recently got turned onto Creme Yvette by the @deathandcompany recipe book. It’s unique flavor profile - a blend of floral violet, vanilla, berry, and orange works incredibly well with honey flavors. In the case of this cocktail, the smoke of the mezcal, contrasting with the flowery sweetness of the honey/violet combo results in something as flavorful as it is striking to look at!
