As American As
When we bought this bottle of applejack we had no drink in mind for it. After some experimentation we found ourselves subbing it into whiskey cocktails and finding that WHOAH this liquid is the ultimate fall cocktail cheat code. Paired with St. George’s incredible Spiced Pear liquor, apple jack becomes an unstoppable fall force leaf-ing us with the difficult challenge of only making one of these cocktails a night when the weather starts to get brisk. If you don’t have Applejack, Calvados or another apple brandy would work, and if you’re having trouble finding St. George where you’re at, you could easily use a ½ oz of cinnamon syrup in place of the maple syrup/pear liquor split base we did.
