Black-Tailed Jack Rabbit

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Mezcal - we used @delmagueymezcal Vida

• 0.5 oz @grappanonino - Amaro Nonino

• 0.5 oz @anchoreyes - Ancho Reyes Ancho liquor

• 1 orange peel for garnish

Tools:

• Mixing glass

• Mixing spoon

• Hawthorn strainer or something to keep ice from falling when pouring

• Old Fashion glass

Instructions:

• Stir all spirits with ice in a mixing glass.

• Strain into old fashioned glass over large cube (not pictured here)

• Twist orange peel over glass to express oils, garnish in glass.
