Cactus Cooler
Ingredients:
1 oz Sotol we used @desertdoor
1 oz Lo fi Gentian Amaro @lofiapertifs
1 oz Aperol @aperolusa
1 oz fresh squeezed 🍋lemon juice
Optional: a dash or two or Ancho Reyes Chile Liquor @anchoreyes
Tools:
Shaker
Mesh strainer
Hawthorn strainer or something to keep ice from falling when pouring drink
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Strain into chilled glass
Express lemon peel and add to glass
