Tiki Cocktail With Coffee and Character!
This cocktail was the result of not 1, but 3 attempts to balance all the ingredients out and make something distinctly tiki, and distinctly coffee.
Ingredients
1oz Jamaican Rum - we used The Funk from Proof and Wood ventures
1oz Barbados Rum - we used Plantation 5 year from @plantation.rum
1oz unsweetened Pineapple juice
1oz fresh squeezed lime juice
0.5-75oz @stgeorgespirits Nola Coffee Liquor or something similar. You could probably sub in @mrblackspirits for a similar vibe - variable amount depending how much coffee you want to tast
0.25oz Falernum - we used John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
0.25oz Banana liquor - we used @giffard_liqueurs_syrups Banane Du Bresil
0.25oz All Spice Dram - we used St. Elizabeth’s
Tools
Shaker
Instructions
Add all ingredients into shaker with crushed ice.
Shake 5-6 times.
Pour into chilled tall glass and top with more crushed ice.
Garnish with grated nutmeg, coffee beans, dried lime wheel and palm fronds.
