Dry Dock

This drink is a true bridge between the summer and the fall. With tropical flavors of pineapple, lime and banana, combined with baking spice notes from the Dram and floral notes from the cognac, this one is extremely nice for warming up or cooling down. We are very new to cognac, but are enjoying it as a new ingredient to explore. There is an insane amount of variety out there and using it in cocktails is a new flavor that we're not used to that is much drier than other ingredients like rum, or even mezcal. This is our first foray into a cocktail with the spirit. We hope you enjoy it!!
