Fumo o Fuego
An extra smokey cocktail to bring a little warmth to your bones during the chillier months. A campfire in a cup that riffs off of the Negroni's spirit, amaro, vermouth combination, but takes it down a different road.
Ingredients
1.5oz Mezcal - we used @fidencio.spirits Amigo
0.75oz Sfumato Rabarbaro
0.5oz @vermouthdolin Blanc
Tools
Mixing glas
Stirring spoon
Julep strainer
Instructions
Stir over ice in mixing glass.
Strain over one large cube.
Garnish with orange peel.
