Hot Apple Pie

We've been making these for the last 3 years. They've been a hit with our family and it's become a staple of this time of the year for us. The flavor is rich and delicious and if you skip on the whipped cream, it's actually not too sweet and more of a rich and spicy acidic flavor, not unlike a hot tiki beverage.

Ingredients

1.5 oz @tuaca

6oz (or however much to fill up your mug) of hot spiced apple cider, we use JW Knudson's Cider & Spice from @wholefoods

Whipped Cream⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Microplanner - for grating fresh nutmeg

Instructions

Heat up spiced apple cider

Add to mug

Add Tuaca

Garnish with whipped cream, cinnamon stick and freshly grated nutmeg
