I’ll be Home for Christmas

Like many of you we will be home this Christmas while Mr. and Mrs Claus decide to go on a tropical vacation when their job is done on Christmas day. Lucky bastards don’t have to go through airports to travel and this is the drink in hand as soon as they land on that tropical island resort.

Ingredients

• 1oz Jamaican rum - we used Smith & Cross

• 1oz White rum - we used @plantation.rum 3 star

• 1 oz demerara rum - we used @eldoradorums

• 1 oz lime juice 

• ¾ oz Grapefruit juice

• ¾ oz spiced pear syrup

• ¾ oz pomegranate juice

• A pinch of brown cinnamon 

• Dash vanilla extract

Tools

• Shaker

• Crushed ice

Instruction

• Add all ingredients to shaker tin and shake with crushed ice.

• Dump beverage with ice into Tiki mug or Santa mug if you got one!

• Garnish with fresh cinnamon

• Flame garnish: If you’re feeling adventurous, place a piece of 151 proof soaked bread in a lemon hull on top of the drink, light with a match and sprinkle cinnamon on top. The burnt cinnamon scent is PURE ECSTACY!
