Scotch in Italia

This cocktail asks the question of, what happens when a Speyside scotch wanders into a little sidewalk cafe in Sicily? A wonderful global cocktail happens!! That’s what!

Ingredients

• 2oz Scotch - Speyside works great for this, but if you want to go smokier, you can! We loved @aberlour for this one!!

• 0.75oz Averna @avernaus

• 0.75oz Luxardo Maraschino Liquor - @luxardousa

• A few drops of Mole bitters - we used @bittermens

Tools

• Stirring glass

• Stirring spoon

• Julep strainer

Instruction

• Stir all ingredients over ice in mixing glass until condensation forms. 

• Strain into chilled double old fashioned over 1-2 large cubes. 

• Express orange peel over the drink, we prefer to drop ours in and serve it as a garnish!
