Big Easy Bloody Mary

Gin

In this flavorful Bloody Mary we’re looking to NOLA for inspiration and boy did it deliver!!! We took the typical bloody mary framework and used Gin to get extra POP from the tomato juice as well as some botanical vibes, also the addition of Crystal hot sauce and Cajun and Creole spices truly took us back to some of our favorite culinary memories from the Crescent City. Easy is in the name of this one, but the ingredients list is a bit extensive! Substitutions for hot sauce, seasoning, and garnish are all welcome. We happened to have this one with a lunch of shrimp and fried okra and used it as garnish just because we thought it was fun, but the classic olives and pickles would do quite alright.
