Hemingway Daiquiri (but make it Tiki)

Recently we've become big fans of Hemingway Daiquiris, with our own personal secret supply of ultra sour white grapefruit, the balance on this all-booze banger is incredible. We've been adding a little hint of banana liquor to add a slight amount of complexity to an already delicious drink. With warm days ahead, you will find this recipe often in our glasses!

Ingredients

• 2oz White rum - we used @plantation.rum 5 star

• 0.5oz Maraschino liquor we used Luxardo - @luxardoofficial

• 0.25oz Banana liquor - we used @giffardusa Banane Du Bresil

• 0.75oz fresh squeezed lime juice

• 0.5oz fresh squeezed white grapefruit

Tools

• Shaker

• Hawthorne strainer

• Mesh strainer

Instruction

• Shake all ingredients with ice. 

• Double strain into chilled coupe. 

• Garnish with lime wheel and feel free to LITERALLY THROW a maraschino cherry in there for good measure.
