Pisco Poinsettia Punch

The Pisco Punch is a devilish drink - delicious, potent, and way too quick to go down the hatch, this drink has a reputation in San Francisco drinking culture dating back to the gold rush! We decided to dress this one up for the holidays with a little bit of cranberry and pomegranate - both of which give it a wonderful reddish hue and a tart complexity that blends summer and winter perfectly. It reminds us quite a bit of the Poinsettia champagne cocktail but tastes much better.
