Pom Pom Marg
We love a good margarita…. year-round but for these colder months we thought we could make a special edition! By subbing in Aperol for Cointreau, adding a hint of spice from Ancho Reyes, adding pomegranate juice to the equation and adding a hint of cinnamon, we feel like this margarita is ready to hit the snow!! The torched cinnamon stick adds insane aromatics into the equation and lightly adds a cinnamon flavor through the drinking experience.
Ingredients
1.5oz Tequila - we used @tequila_arette
0.5oz Aperol - @aperolspritzofficial
0.25 Ancho Reyes - @anchoreyes
0.5oz Agave syrup - we’ve been using @tresagaves but this could easily be made using 1:1 of agave nectar and water and bringing that to a boil then letting it cool overnight in the fridge before using
0.5oz Pomegranate juice
0.75oz fresh squeezed lime juice
One pinch of cinnamon

Instruction
Shake all ingredients with ice
Strain over fresh ice into chilled
Salt-rimmed glass
Garnish with a torched cinnamon stick
