Rose Cucumber Gin & Tonic

Another Apres-Ski cocktail! We were recently gifted these beautiful pink tonic waters from @fitchandleedes. The subtle cucumber and rose flavor pairs wonderfully with a pinier gin - in this case we used @stgeorgespirits Terroir. All the flavors together with a cucumber (and pine needle) garnish perfectly suited our alpine surroundings. Find the (super easy) recipe below!

Ingredients

• 1.5oz St. George Spirits Terroir Gin

• Half a bottle of @fitchleedes Pink Tonic 

• Quarter lime of fresh lime juice

Tools

• Just a wine glass!

Instruction

• Build all ingredients over ice in wine glass

• Garnish with cucumber ribbons, pine needle and squeezed lime wedge
